About Blue Ribbon Kennels

What they offer

Blue Ribbon Kennels describes itself on its home page as a full-time training, boarding and breeding facility, and lists boarding, obedience training and retriever training. Most of its home page is about retrievers: it says it customizes its training program to each retriever's developmental needs, abilities and progress, with the owner's expectations in mind.

How the training works

The About page says each dog is evaluated first and then given a training regimen designed for its needs, with one-on-one instruction between trainer and dog. The home page says the grounds provide the water, birds, gunfire, decoys and distractions it considers necessary to train a dog, and that dogs in training are kept in covered individual kennels.
