About Armor K9

What they offer

Armor K9 is based in Prescott Valley. Its programs are Puppy Headstart, an early foundation that prepares puppy and owner for board and train; Essentials and Cutting Edge, private in-home training from a well-behaved companion up to advanced obedience and real-world reliability; a three-week residential board and train for reliable obedience on and off leash; a nine-month protection development program for suitable owner-owned dogs and their handlers; and controlled, seasonal rattlesnake avoidance training.

How they work

The site says training begins with the need rather than the program name, and that the right direction is chosen after an honest evaluation of the dog, the owner and the goal.

Where they train

Private in-home training covers Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, Dewey-Humboldt and nearby communities, with the Verde Valley, Flagstaff and the Phoenix area by arrangement. Board and train takes place at its Prescott Valley home and facility.
