Method

The company describes its mission as "Bridging the communication gap between Pets and their Parents through Professionalism, Knowledge, Love, and Kindness, rooted in Faith", and its method as balanced: positive reinforcement combined with clear communication and structured guidance, tailored to the individual dog. It makes a point of working in public as well as in the home, saying dogs with reactivity or focus problems "benefit significantly from training in high-distraction environments".
