Bark Busters – Mike The Dog Trainer provides in-home dog training in Stamford and Greater Fairfield County with local trainers Michael DiStassio and Cassidy Lewis. Michael is a Bark Busters Master Trainer and Behavioral Therapist who helps clients become "the leader of their pack" using dog-friendly, non-food based techniques.

How it works

Training starts in the home, where most issues occur, and outdoor work is included, with off-site lessons at a local dog park or on busy town walks. Each client gets a personalized one-on-one program built around the dog's personality and the owner's goals, and learns to read the dog's reactions and adjust communication. Common issues addressed include aggression, barking, biting, housebreaking, jumping, leash pulling, separation anxiety, puppy nipping and tension between dogs in the same home.
