About Bark N’ Train

Daytime training in Lincoln and Omaha

Bark N' Train is a Lincoln dog trainer serving Lincoln, Omaha and surrounding Nebraska communities. Trainer Derek describes over a decade of experience and attends continuing education workshops, including a five-day intensive with Jason Loong of Canine by Design and Justin Rigney of K-9 Services Unlimited. Every program combines hands-on training with the theory behind each command, includes training tools and progress updates, and gives graduates free monthly Paws & Practice sessions. A portion of every program goes to local shelters.

Programs

In-home training uses 50-minute sessions: Puppy Foundation (3 sessions, $499, ages 8 weeks to 5 months), Basic Obedience (5 sessions, $599), Advanced Obedience (5 sessions, $799) and a Basic + Advanced bundle ($1,299). Behavior modification for aggression, anxiety, fear and reactivity is custom priced and starts with a $25 evaluation. In the Daytime Drop & Train program, dogs are picked up or dropped off in the morning, train one-on-one all day and sleep at home every night, with 2-3 week basic or advanced options at $1,599 to $2,999 plus two handover classes. The Zero to Hero program starts puppies at 3 months.
