About Blue Skies Pet Care, LLC

What they offer

Blue Skies Pet Care is a Newton pet care company whose founder, Ashley Klein, is a dog trainer. Alongside pet sitting, dog walking and boarding, it offers private dog training in Newton and the Wichita area.

Dog training

The dog training page describes private, in-home coaching for problems such as leash pulling, jumping, puppy chaos, barking and reactivity. The trainer comes to you and builds a plan around your dog and household. The consultation program is a one-time in-home session that assesses what is going on and ends with a written follow-up protocol and a month of email support. The private coaching program is a series of in-home sessions for owners who want to take an active part in the training.

About the business

The about page says Blue Skies has served Kansas families since 2010 and grew from a solo business into a team of employees. The founder grew up in Newton, volunteered with the local humane society, and later served there as a dog trainer.
