About Cali K9 of Miami

Cali K9 in Miami

Cali K9 of Miami is the Miami location of Cali K9, the dog training company founded by Jas Leverette. In Miami it offers private sessions and intensive programs. Training follows the company's 5-Pillar System of obedience, socialization, agility, behavior management and problem solving, which it describes as motivational-based training that keeps learning a game for the dog. Its motto is "There are no bad dogs, just uninformed owners."

Programs

New clients start with a $27 evaluation, a direct consultation that assesses the dog's behavior and builds a custom training roadmap. In-person training can be one-on-one or semi-private, and the company also runs the Cali K9 Academy online program at $97 a month. Behavior specializations include dog-to-dog and human aggression, resource guarding, leash reactivity, separation anxiety and fear, foundational and advanced obedience, puppy training with crate training and bite inhibition, and advanced off-leash control. Board and train is part of the program menu.
