About Canis Integrated Behavior Solutions

A dog psychology and training center

Canis Integrated Behavior Solutions is a local, minority owned and operated dog psychology and training center in New Orleans. Its trainers and behaviorists work in dog obedience, behavior modification, therapy dog foundation, rescue dog acclimation and conformation show training. The center trains all breeds at obedience levels from puppy training through advanced, whatever the dog's age or size, and sessions run either at the facility or in the owner's home.

Pack Order Training

Canis uses the Pack Order Training (POT) method, founded by its Director of Training, KC Singleton. The approach centers on teaching owners to communicate with their dogs so the dog understands what is asked of it. Canis offers a discount for military, first responders and seniors, and new clients register through an online scheduling system.
