About Cesar Millan’s Dog Psychology Center

What they offer

The Dog Psychology Center in Santa Clarita hosts Cesar Millan's Fundamentals of Dog Training and Behavior workshops, immersive multi-day programs about building a balanced, respectful bond with a dog.

The workshops

Fundamentals 1 blends classroom learning, live demonstrations and hands-on practice in leash handling and the walk, the effect of a handler's energy on dogs, and leadership-based communication. A limited number of student dogs can attend after passing a basic assessment and meeting vaccination and health requirements; students without a dog work with a rescue dog from partner organizations. Participants receive a workbook and training tools, lead a pack walk and get a certificate of completion. A Fundamentals 2 workshop follows.

Dates

Workshops are scheduled several times a year, with an October 2026 session listed at the center.
