About Columbia K9 Training & Behavior

What they offer

Columbia K9 Training & Behavior offers in-home private coaching, in person or virtually; day training, in which a professional trainer works with your dog and sends videos and notes after each lesson; and online courses, webinars, e-books and memberships. It works with new puppies, adult dogs learning life skills and dogs with behavioral concerns.

Approach

The site states that the days of correction-based training are behind us, and describes teaching rooted in compassion, mutual understanding and science. It says it treats dogs and their people with respect, compassion and kindness, understands dogs for the species they are, and builds personalized programs for each dog.
