About Complete Transformations Dog Training

What they offer

Complete Transformations Dog Training is located just outside Tucson on the way to Benson and serves Tucson, Marana, Sierra Vista, Green Valley, Vail, Tombstone and Sahuarita. It offers board and train, private in-home training and boarding.

Programs

The board and train is described as its most popular program, laying a foundation and working toward the goals set at the evaluation or phone consult, followed by three 1.5-hour follow-up lessons, with additional weeks for dogs that need a more comprehensive program, for example for leash reactivity. Private training meets in your home about once a week for an hour, with homework between sessions.

How they train

The site says it teaches obedience and also works on the root cause of most problem behaviors, which it calls the dog's state of mind. Board and train programs include a prong collar for on-leash training and an e-collar for off-leash communication, and client reviews describe work with reactive and aggressive dogs. Ask what equipment is included with each program.
