About Dog Training Diva

What they do

Dog Training Diva is run by Kate, who introduces herself on her own site as "a retired veterinary technician and a certified dog trainer living and working in Athens Ga" and says she specializes in behavior modification and rescue dogs. The published service list runs from behavior consultations and behavior modification through basic and advanced obedience, potty training, clicker training and trick training, with dog walking and pet sitting offered alongside.

Method

The framing throughout is communication rather than correction: behavior consultations are described as bridging the communication gap between owner and dog, and anxiety issues are handled as part of the behavior work rather than as a separate product.

Where they work

She states she offers dog training and behavior consultation and modification services in Clarke, Gwinnett, Barrow, Oconee and Walton counties and the surrounding areas, booked by appointment.
