About Dogs for Disabilities

Service and alert dogs

Dogs For Disabilities in Brundidge provides specialized service dog training for people who rely on assistance dogs. Its medical alert dog training teaches dogs to detect and respond to health events such as seizures, severe allergies or blood sugar changes, and its allergen detection training helps dogs identify harmful substances.

Obedience

For everyday manners it offers basic dog obedience in small group or private sessions (sits, stays, recalls and leash manners), advanced training for impulse control and real-world reliability, and structured off-leash training. The site says every program uses positive reinforcement.
