About Elite Canine Education

What they offer

Elite Canine Education specializes in private, one-on-one dog training lessons, and its site lists one-on-one obedience sessions, loose leash walking lessons, reliable recall training and customized lesson plans for specific behavioral challenges. The home page says it covers everything from basic obedience to advanced behavior correction, for puppies through mature dogs of all breeds. It also offers boarding, which the site says is exclusively for training clients.

How lessons work

The home page says sessions can take place in your home, neighborhood or a local park, and describes a sequence of consultation and goal setting, a customized plan, focused sessions, owner coaching and ongoing support. It starts with a free consultation.

Approach

The site describes positive, reward-based methods with no harsh techniques, and stresses coaching the owner as much as the dog. The About page says Corey founded the business and specializes in obedience training, behavior modification and structured care. The footer places the business in Opelika, Alabama.
