About Enjoyable Dogs

About

Enjoyable Dogs Inc. is the in-home training practice of **Wendy S. Katz**, "Proudly Serving Lexington KY and Beyond." The site heads itself "Force free dog training Lexington KY."

The method is stated without hedging: "I use force-free, reward-based training grounded in modern canine behavioral science. Instead of using pain, fear, or physical intimidation, I teach your dog what to do using positive reinforcement, environmental management, and clear communication." And explicitly: "I don't use shock collars (e-collars), prong collars, choke chains, or physical discipline."

Services

– **Help with Puppies** — "Solve puppy problems, prevent annoying behaviors."

– **Help with Manners** — "Customized private manners packages to meet your needs and busy schedule."

– **Problems Solved** — "I help dogs that are fearful, destructive, barking too much, acting aggressive & more."

– **Virtual consultations** — "Live online virtual consultations are also available for clients outside our local area or for specific behavioral assessments."

Two delivery models are offered: "I'll train your dog in your home twice a week to do the heavy lifting for you, followed by weekly sessions to show you how to maintain the new behaviors," or private coaching where "I can work with you and your dog during each session."

Published issue list includes jumping on guests, leash pulling, recall, house training, puppy biting, chewing, socialization, excessive barking, fear and anxiety, barking and lunging on leash, multi-pet harmony including dog–cat problems, and biting — with a stated size limit: "dogs weighing no more than 50 pounds."

Free resources published on the site include a "Puppy Raiser's Survival Guide" and a "Resilience Workbook."
