About Four Paws Academy for Dogs

What they offer

Four Paws Academy for Dogs is a small, family-owned business in Spencer offering day camp, boarding, grooming and training.

Training programs

The board and train program runs for at least four weeks and covers loose leash walking, reliable sit and down, stays, recalls, place and distraction training, followed by a go-home lesson and follow-up lessons. A one-month day camp and train program works on training while your dog attends day camp, and private lessons are occasionally available. The trainer helps with puppies, adult dogs and rescue dogs whose behaviors surface after the first weeks at home.
