Board and train
Golden Coast Dog Training's main program is a three-week board and train with daily training, structure, exercise and exposure to different environments. Work covers leash walking and heel, sit, down, place, recall, duration, impulse control, household manners and neutrality around dogs and people, and ends with a go-home lesson and follow-up support.
Evaluation lesson
A 60-minute evaluation lesson meets the owner and dog, assesses behavior and training needs, and sets the right program.
Trainer
The owner, Rhet Takacs, says he trained under several San Diego trainers and earned a certification from the Michael Ellis School for Dog Trainers. The business serves North County coastal and inland San Diego.
