About Harley and Sergio Dog Training (SK9)

Harley & Sergio Dog Training in Corpus Christi

Harley & Sergio Dog Training SK9 helps Corpus Christi owners with leash pulling, jumping, reactivity and dogs that struggle to listen. Founder Sergio Esquivel, who calls himself "The K9 Coach," is a retired U.S. Marine and NePoPo Silver School graduate who trained under Nate Schoemer. The business is named for Harley, his service dog, who also helps demonstrate skills.

The SK9 Method

The SK9 Method teaches dogs and owners together, using clear communication, structure and rewards. Owners learn to give clear cues, reward the right choices, build leash skills and practice consistently between lessons.

Services

Options include real-world obedience, puppy foundations, off-leash skills and recall, board and train, reactivity and behavior support, hands-on private training, and performance and protection work covering advanced obedience and sport preparation. Private lessons, group classes and board and train offer different levels of support. A first evaluation costs $97.
