Higher Purpose Canines is an East Northport dog training company led by Annarose Wilson, owner and head trainer. Programs and prices

Board and train: your dog stays with the trainer at her home for multiple daily sessions, ending with a go-home lesson. Programs run 12 days ($2,800), 19 days ($3,800) and 26 days ($4,800). Day training runs 6-7 hours with drop-off in East Northport, at $2,000 for 8 days plus 1 private lesson, and $225 per added day after a program. Private lessons of 45-60 minutes at HPC in East Northport are $200, and virtual coaching is $100 a session. Annarose starts new clients with at least one Day Training or Board and Train program, then follows up with private or virtual lessons. Skills include sit, down, heel, recall, thresholds and quiet.
