About Hustle Pups NYC

HustlePups NYC runs from 511 Porter Ave, on the East Williamsburg side of Greenpoint, and offers training alongside daycare, boarding and walking. In-person training is stated for North Brooklyn, Bushwick, Ridgewood and Long Island City only.

The range it takes on

The training page sets the span plainly: from something as simple as house-breaking a puppy to more intensive problems like separation anxiety or leash aggression.

Before the puppy arrives

There is a pre-puppy consultation at $150, offered even to people who have not chosen a dog yet, covering which type of dog and which temperament would fit the home. The Perfect Puppy Package at $1,150 runs from before the puppy arrives through to six months: the pre-puppy consult plus six sessions split into two groups of three. The first three land in the first weeks at home, establishing structure and laying a foundation; the second three land a few months later as the puppy nears six months, building obedience and leash manners at the point the site says the dog is most receptive.

Private packages, priced by depth

Adult and young dog packages are sold in blocks and each block states what it is meant to achieve. A two-session Problem Solver at $425 is for creating structure at home and establishing leadership. Four sessions at $800 adds general obedience and leash manners. Six sessions at $1,150 adds leash reactivity, separation anxiety, recall and management of aggressive behavior. A parallel in-home ladder runs $350, $500 and $800 for two, three and six sessions.

Board and train

The intensive program, listed at the time of writing as unavailable, includes a minimum of three private training sessions a day alongside walks and solo and group play, focused on general obedience and crate training plus the specific problems named in the training application. It ends with a handover session covering the dog's new daily schedule, the mark-and-reward system, walking including leash reactivity, and building play and confidence, and includes a further session to polish the work. The program begins at $6,200.
