Service dogs, puppies and life skills

Inquisitive Training is a Ponderay dog training business whose motto is "Transforming lives one paw at a time." Its philosophy centers on compassionate and effective training methods that build strong relationships, foster trust and promote positive behaviors, with clear communication and mutual understanding between dogs and their people.

Services and prices

A Service Dog Consult looks at how a service dog could assist you or a loved one, and a Digital Training Consult, available online, covers your goals and how to reach them; each is $125. A single in-person session to work on a dog's individual goals is $200. Packages of one-on-one in-person sessions are $700 for four, $1,000 for six (the most popular) and $1,250 for eight. Prospective clients can start through client applications on the website.

What to ask

Ask how service dog training is structured after the consult, how long a typical program runs, and where in-person sessions are held.
