Animal communication and positive training

Intuitive Pet Care & Training LLC is a Middletown pet training practice led by Roslyn N. Carrier-Brault, MA, UWTH, and part of Braulttree Wellness. Roslyn combines empathic animal communication, intuitive understanding, positive dog training and holistic wellness support to help animals and their people understand one another.

Approach

Rather than asking only how to stop a behavior, Roslyn asks what the animal is trying to tell us. She describes her goal as understanding, trust, confidence and willing cooperation, never control through fear or force, and jokes that she "works herself out of a job" by giving owners the tools to continue on their own. Sessions may address confusing behaviors, fear, stress, anxiety or reactivity, changes in environment, socialization and everyday manners.

Training

For dogs, training can include leash walking, come, sit, down, stay, wait, jumping, barking, pulling and socialization. Roslyn can come to your home to meet you and your animal where they live.
