<h2>Obedience training at a Mount Vernon daycare and boarding facility</h2><p>Jagger's Doggie Daycare is at 414 Main Street, Mount Vernon, IL 62864, open Monday to Friday 7:30am&ndash;6:00pm and Saturday and Sunday 9:00am&ndash;11:00am, with training by appointment and grooming Monday to Saturday.
