About JDK9 Training
What they do
JDK9 Training sells four routes. A consultation of 45 minutes to an hour, held at your home or an agreed location, is where the history and goals get set and a plan is written. A four-week board and train is pitched at dogs with mild behavior issues or no structure yet, covering core obedience and minor problem areas. A six-week board and train adds two weeks for harder cases and heavier behavior modification work. Private lessons are for owners who want to do the handling themselves, with homework between sessions and video updates encouraged so progress can be reviewed.
Sport and working dogs
There is a separate sport and working track, and the site draws a clear line around it: "We do NOT do personal protection work. We strictly work with active working dogs or sport dogs training for competition."
After the program
The distinguishing promise is what happens once training stops. The site offers lifetime support to every client – check-ins, new behaviors, refreshers – and states it plainly: "We WILL be your last trainer." Overnight boarding is also offered, with at least one enrichment activity a day, and a training session included for dogs that have been through a program.
