About K9-1 Kennels Dog Training

What they offer

K9-1 Kennels is run by Pat Duggan, a retired police K-9 handler who still trains several local police dogs. The staff train puppies and adult dogs, from potty training and basic obedience to off-leash skills and problem behaviors that have been getting worse over time.

Classes and private training

Pat hosts group obedience classes and private training for pet owners, with a focus on a rock-solid recall and the ability to sit, down, stay and come on command.

Protection dogs

When the need arises, Pat also helps train personal protection dogs and helps families select a dog with the right temperament for the job. Book a free consultation to start.
