About K9 Vision at the DLC

K9 Vision runs out of a facility it calls the DLC on Ensminger Road in Tonawanda, and it describes itself in three words: safe, structured, behavior-focused.

What it takes on

The published list of what it helps with is deliberately plain: basic obedience and puppy training, daily dog care, jumping on people, aggression or reactivity, anxiety at home, and housebreaking. The site adds, with a smiley, that it actually responds to every message.

The programs

There is a Day School, which comes with a free assessment if you enroll, board and train programs presented under a wellness banner, and overnight boarding aimed specifically at dogs with anxiety, separation anxiety or reactivity, which is unusual for a boarding offer. Every new enquiry starts with a free behavior consultation, and there is a text hotline for boarding evaluations.

The trainer

Clients name Myles throughout the testimonials, one of them calling him her dog whisperer. His published challenge to owners sums up the approach: without any treats, toys, rewards, flat collar, harness, slip lead, choke chain, e-collar or prong, what influence do you actually have over your dog?

The mission, and the extras

The stated mission is helping families unlock a dog's potential by turning challenges into trust, chaos into calm and confusion into clear understanding. The school also runs seminars and non-profit fundraisers and keeps an active blog and social presence.
