About Kaitlyn’s Dog Training

Positive-reinforcement training based in Jenison

Kaitlyn's Dog Training publishes that it is "Serving the Grand Rapids area – based in Jenison, MI 49428" and offers "ONLINE VIDEO CURRICULUM, PRIVATE LESSONS, BOARDING, AND BOARD & TRAIN." The stated method: "Focusing on the power of positive reinforcement, Kaitlyn's Dog Training will make working with your pup an enjoyable experience for you and your dog(s)!"

Specialisms

The site states "KDT specializes in service and therapy dogs, while also working with a wide range of general obedience from new puppies to advanced obedience and Canine Good Citizen testing."

An explicit limit

The site publishes a boundary most trainers leave unsaid: "Please note that KDT does not work with aggression or dogs with a bite history." An owner dealing with a bite history should look elsewhere rather than enquire.

The video curriculum

For owners outside the area, or wanting to start immediately, a self-paced option is published: "It includes OVER 120 training videos with loads of helpful and detailed training instructions and demonstrations, totaling OVER 8 HOURS of curriculum," offered at "$99" against a stated in-person equivalent of "over a dozen private lessons (over $1,000)."
