About KC’s Dog Obedience and Training, LLC

KC's Dog Obedience and Training, LLC works out of Woodbury and describes itself as "a premier dog training service provider, proudly serving Middle Tennessee and the Southeast Region." Its stated aim is practical rather than lofty: to educate "owners on how to truly 'speak dog'."

What they publish

Three services are named in the site's own navigation and repeated on its About page: "In-Home Dog Training", "Dog Boarding Training" and "Group Class Dog Training", under the specialties "Canine Behavior" and "Dog and Puppy Training". The offer is framed around individual fit – "personalized, one-on-one training solutions that are tailored to your dog's unique needs" – and around not hurrying: "We believe in a patient approach, never rushing the results of the training process."

Credentials

These are stated specifically, with the issuing bodies named: "Our trainer holds a Certificate of Completion from the Penn Foster Dog Training Instructor Program and a Certificate in Pet Dog Training and Behavioral Modification from Highland Canine's School for Dog Trainers." The contact page adds "CGC – Canine Good Citizen Evaluator for American Kennel Club". Continuing education is claimed too: "We stay updated with the latest techniques through ongoing dog training conferences and webinars."

How it works in practice

Two free entry points are published – "free over-the-phone consultation and free in-facility evaluations" – alongside remote assessment: "Submit your request today to set up a live video consultation … from your smartphone, tablet, or computer!" Discounts are offered "for Veterans, Disability, Military, and Teachers", and the business lists pickup and delivery among what it provides.

Practical detail

Published hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am-6:00pm and Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm, closed Sunday. Two numbers are published and they are not interchangeable: (615) 241-2393 is marked "Calls Only" and (706) 260-0581 as "Text and Calls Available". The service area is given as Woodbury, Middle Tennessee and Southeast Tennessee.

A note on the source

The site is built on an unfinished template – its header still carries the placeholder "Business Tagline Lorem Ipsum Dolor", and the About page leaves Year Established and Associations blank. Those blanks are the template's, not the business's, so nothing has been concluded from what is missing.
