About KC’s K9’s Science Based Dog Training
What they offer
KC's K9's offers in-home training to tackle problems where they start, from jumpy, nippy puppies to barky, hyper teenagers. Work begins with a one-hour consultation about the dog, the household and training goals, after which the trainer builds a plan. Clients can book single sessions for a few touch-ups or a six-hour package suited to puppies, new rescues and difficult cases, and a walk-and-train session mixes a walk with cues such as wait, stay and heel. Dog walking is also offered.
How they train
The trainer uses only science-based positive reinforcement.
About the trainer
Kelsey Caviezel worked as a kennel technician and veterinary ER receptionist and in doggie daycares before training dogs, and is an accredited trainer through PetSmart and a CPDT through the Victoria Stillwell Academy.
