About Lose The Leash Dog Training
What they offer
Lose The Leash provides personalized in-home training across the Phoenix East Valley, including Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Mesa, San Tan Valley, Apache Junction and Gold Canyon. Its programs are behavior modification for leash pulling, jumping, reactivity and fear; new puppy foundations covering potty training, leash manners and socialization; and The Family Dog Project, aimed at reliable off-leash control.
How it starts
The first step is a free in-home evaluation: Rob visits your home, meets your dog in its real environment and sees the behaviors you are dealing with, and you leave with a custom training plan.
Who trains
Rob and Erin Jewell run the business. Rob leads all in-home sessions and Erin handles booking and training advice. The site describes degrees in biological and behavioral sciences and past work at veterinary clinics, the San Diego Zoo and the U.S. Navy's Marine Mammal Program, with over 20 years of professional experience.
