Luminary Canines is a dog training business based in Carrollton, run by a trainer who describes themselves as a Certified Professional Dog Trainer. The founder grew up on a ranch near San Antonio, has trained dogs in Frisco and surrounding areas since 2014, and started Luminary Canines in 2018 after 4 years training for another company. Every plan is bespoke, aimed at problems like separation anxiety, food aggression, resource guarding, leash pulling, barking at dogs or people, door darting, house soiling, jumping and chasing the cat. Board and train

Dogs live in the trainer's home during board and train. Puppy Basics (3 weeks, $2300) covers sit, down, place, leave it, loose leash walking, potty and crate training. Advanced (4 weeks, $2800) adds off-leash recall. LUMINARY (5+ weeks, $3300) is built for extreme behavior modification and aggression rehabilitation. All programs include a Mini Educator e-collar and a free follow-up session for each week.

Private in-home sessions
