About Midwest Canine

Midwest Canine's about page says the business is “led by Justin McMahon, a seasoned dog trainer based in Morton, IL,” and describes him as “a self-employed K9 trainer based in the Peoria area.” The same page credits him with “years of experience working with dogs of all breeds, temperaments, and training needs” and says he shares techniques through a YouTube channel. The business lists its location as 5100 Edgewater Drive in Groveland.

Three programs are priced on the home page. Day Training is listed at $99.00 and described as “expert coaching while your dog enjoys a fun, structured day of learning and play,” aimed at owners with a busy schedule. Private Coaching is also listed at $99.00, described as one-on-one work “tailored to your dog's unique needs.” The Board & Train Bootcamp is listed at $700.00 for what the site calls “an immersive 7-day board & train experience,” intended to help dogs “master obedience, improve behavior, and build confidence in a supportive, distraction-free environment.” Those are the prices as published on midwest-canine.com; confirm current rates directly.

Beyond the three priced programs, the about page lists puppy foundations “to start strong with early socialization and obedience,” behavior modification “for anxiety, reactivity, and aggression,” and advanced obedience and skills “for off-leash control and public manners.” The stated mission is “to empower dogs and their families through top-tier training that's as nurturing as it is effective.”
