About Milton Manor Pet Resort & Spa

Milton Manor is a pet resort at 612 NY-29 in Middle Grove, in the town of Greenfield six miles west of Saratoga Springs, and at 606 Google reviews it is the most-reviewed dog business in this metro by a wide margin.

Scale

The site publishes a full resort operation: dog boarding, cat boarding and small-animal boarding, dog daycare with packages, a spa with basic bathing, professional grooming, spa packages and a Mani Pedi program, retail and treats, a doggie cam, a sports section, and a second seasonal building the site calls Congress Bark. Its own positioning line is a "Luxury Pet Resort & Spa Near Saratoga NY… near Saratoga Springs, Malta, Clifton Park NY."

Dog training

Dog Training is a service in its own right in the site's navigation, sitting alongside boarding, daycare, spa and retail rather than buried inside a boarding package.

Practical detail

The office runs split hours rather than all day – Monday to Friday 7am to noon and 4pm to 6pm, weekends 8am to 10am and 4pm to 5pm – and tours are by appointment only, with registration required first. Daycare runs weekday mornings and late afternoons and is closed at weekends. The site states that staff are CPR and First Aid certified.

Why the review count matters

Six hundred reviews on a rural road in Middle Grove is a signal about the boarding side rather than the training side, and this profile does not translate one into the other. What it does establish is that this is an established, high-traffic facility that also publishes training, which for owners in Greenfield, Milton and the western towns is the nearest such address.
