About North Country Paws for Obedience

PAWS – North Country Paws for Obedience – runs the largest published training program in the northern half of this metro, from what it calls PAWS South, a Canine Adventure and Education Center at 3230 Route 9N in Greenfield Center. It is family-owned and the site names all four owners: Lora, Bri, Jenn and Will.

Two locations, one program

The business publishes two sites – PAWS South at Greenfield Center and PAWS North at 4202 Route 4 in Hudson Falls – plus a mobile option, "PAWS Mobile: We come to you." The stated service area is Warren, Washington and Saratoga counties. The Greenfield Center address is the Saratoga County one and is the address on this record.

Published prices

PAWS is one of the very few businesses in this metro that publishes its rates outright: four-week group coaching at $150 and six-week group coaching at $220, with a $100 cancellation and no-show fee for group and private sessions. That transparency is itself useful local price context.

A distinction the site insists on

Group classes are described as "available for non behavioral pups, only" – dogs with deeper behavioral concerns are routed to a consult instead. That is a real and unusually explicit triage rule, and it means an owner with a reactive or aggressive dog should book the consult rather than the class.

Beyond classes

The published picture is wider than obedience: day programs at either location, club meets, dog sporting events, grooming salons, and a dog pool. The site describes the ambition as "not just a training facility, but a one-of-a-kind resource center for enrichment and education." On credentials it states that all staff are Pet First Aid and CPR certified and that many hold canine-industry certifications.
