About Mother Pupper – Kenton

Training-minded daycare in Kenton

Mother Pupper is a small-group doggy daycare in Portland "owned and operated by dedicated dog trainers," with a Kenton location at 2030 N Willis Blvd and a second location on NE Alberta St. Its core curriculum focuses on recall and name recognition, engagement with handlers, impulse control, settling with the pack, emotional regulation and arousal management, and social skills within the pack.

Programs

Daycare Membership is a weekday, enrollment-based service built to support a dog's training, with an elective class add-on. The Enrichment Group serves adult dogs who need a smaller group while they work on impulse control, recall and confidence. Puppy Socials are drop-off classes focused on name recognition, handler engagement, healthy social skills and confidence. Members can board with sister company Rascal Training.

Workshops

The Kenton location hosts regular workshops and events, including seminars by traveling trainers and presentations on canine nutrition.
