About MyPack Dog Training & Boarding

Home-based board and train

MyPack Dog Training & Boarding is a home-based board and train and boarding service in the West Jordan area, run from the Hill family home in Taylorsville. Head trainer Jenny Hill began studying dog training in early 2018 and soon was training and boarding the dogs of friends and relatives, and Arkin Hill handles the business side as training and boarding coordinator. MyPack trains only one or two dogs at a time, and the family's three dogs and children of all ages give boarding dogs extra socialization.

Programs and prices

The two-week board and train course covers MyPack's 15 key training topics and costs $2,100, and a one-week course is $1,100. At pickup, owners get a training session and the Apples4Apples take-home kit, a card deck of step-by-step instructions for the same 15 games and activities used to train the dog. Unlimited follow-up support by text, phone or home visit is free. MyPack also boards dogs in its home.
