About Paws At Play Dog Boarding and Training
Paws At Play is an in-home boarding and training business on Ball Ground Road, and the format is the whole proposition: dogs live in the house with free roam of the home and yard through a dog door, never in cages, under twenty-four hour camera monitoring, with a hard cap of twenty dogs at a time.
Training
Private lessons, board-and-train and behavior modification are all listed as services in their own right alongside boarding and a taxi service. The owner is named on the site as Sonja Thiels, who describes forty-five years working with dogs and horses and writes that her interest is in teaching people to communicate with their dogs positively and compassionately. She describes substantial experience rehabilitating traumatized, abused and abandoned dogs, and fostering.
Who can stay
There is a size limit, and you should confirm it directly: the site states it in two places and the two do not agree, one saying dogs under sixty pounds and the other under thirty. Either way this is a small-dog house. All guests have to be comfortable with other dogs to be accepted.
