Store 1432 is the Petco at 19507 I-45 N in Spring, a store that also houses an animal hospital. Trainers here run classes Monday through Saturday from 9am to 9pm and on Sunday from 10am to 8pm.

Group work comes in six-week blocks of hour-long sessions, where a dog learns next to as many as four classmates. The youngest pups (8 to 16 weeks) start with potty habits, socialization and sit, down and come. Teen dogs up to 6 months move on to loose-leash walking and leave it. Adult dogs choose between a Fundamentals course on jumping and barking and an Advanced course on heel and distraction-proof recall.

For one-on-one help, the I-45 store books 45-minute private lessons, including an introductory session for first-time customers.
