Petco store 1570 sits at 1651 US 41 Byp S in Venice, and its training desk runs both group and private formats. Six-week group courses meet in hour-long sessions with up to four other dogs. They are split by age: Puppy for 8 to 16 weeks, Beginner for 16 weeks to 6 months, and Fundamentals and Advanced for dogs 6 months and older. Topics run from potty training and socialization to loose-leash walking, leave it, recall amid distractions and greeting people politely.

One-on-one option

Private sessions last 45 minutes, with flexible scheduling and a customized plan. New customers can start with Private Lesson 101, a goal-setting session about the behaviors and cues to work on.
