About Planet Pawz

What they offer

Planet Pawz offers home-style dog boarding and daycare, and its Training page describes a Basic Obedience Boarding and Training program. The program is built around obedience, manners and everyday skills, with a strong emphasis on socialization so dogs grow comfortable around new people, dogs and places, and it runs as four weeks of boarding and training. At the end the site says it teaches owners everything the dog has learned and how to keep working with it.

Approach

The Training page describes balanced training that combines positive reinforcement with fair correction and structure, tailored to each dog's personality and learning style, and aims to make training fun and mentally stimulating.

Good to know

Boarding happens in the owners' home rather than a kennel, and daycare requires dogs to be spayed or neutered. The site lists its address on Lee Road 600 in Phenix City.
