About Positive Approach Dog Training & Daycare

What they offer

Positive Approach has run dog training and daycare in Tacoma for more than 20 years. Its training program offers group classes of about four dogs held at its private training center on weekday evenings and weekend mornings, themed workshops, behavioral consultations and private lessons six days a week. Private lessons can be held at the training center, in the owner's home or wherever the training is needed. The business also offers daycare, boarding and grooming.

How they train

The center describes positive training and requires its lead trainers to hold the CPDT-KA certification; one trainer has worked extensively with leash reactive dogs.
