About Positive Pets Dog Training
Training across Boise and Meridian
Positive Pets Dog Training serves Meridian and Boise dog owners and says it has been serving the Treasure Valley "for over 28 years." It describes its approach as an "attention-reward-based communication system of dog training" and credits itself with 33,714 satisfied clients. It calls itself a Boise Weekly Best of Boise 2023 winner and "the official dog trainer for Boise State Broncos."
Programs
The Stay & Train program, called the Transformation Academy, keeps a dog with the team for the early training phases, then follows up with "Leadership Transfer" private lessons so the owner learns to keep the new behavior going. Day Train is built for busy owners: the dog spends one day a week at the training facility for 3 to 7 weeks, depending on goals, and still sleeps at home, while the owner joins private lessons to practice what the dog learned. Group classes and a puppy training class are also offered, along with named programs such as the Ultimate Dog, Active Dog and Well-Mannered Dog programs. A free training consultation is the first step.
What owners say
One client wrote about his dog Murray: "Good habits grew, and the bad ones vanished."
