Positively Peaceful Pet Training brings humane, science-based, positive reinforcement training to the St. Cloud area. It was founded by Sarah Lindeman, who spent over a decade as a certified veterinary technician in general practice and at an animal behavior specialty clinic, where she worked as a veterinary behavior technician. She works with both dogs and cats.

The business believes the best training tools are clear communication, mutual respect and trust, and uses only humane, positive methods, under the tagline "because learning shouldn't hurt." Sessions are private and individual, with training and management solutions built for each household.

Services and prices

Help covers problem behaviors, obedience, puppy and kitten foundations with husbandry and socialization guidance, behavior modification, and cooperative care training for vet visits, grooming and nail trims. Sessions are $90 per hour, billed in 10 minute increments, with packages of 3 hours for $240 and 6 hours for $450. Half-price training ($45 per hour) is offered to anyone receiving government assistance. Every session includes a written summary, homework and email support.
