Prana Dog Training & Behavior Modification gives Tucson as its location and trains in Oro Valley, Marana, Saddlebrook, Green Valley, Vail and even the Phoenix area. It offers private lessons geared to your goals, group puppy classes for puppies under 6 months, basic obedience group classes, and a training camp.

Classes and camp

Puppy class covers environmental and dog socialization, engagement, basic manners and common puppy problems, while basic obedience works on specific behaviors and engagement around distractions. The training camp is a board-and-train style program in which dogs stay in the trainer's home and train several times a day, aimed at busy households or behavior problems owners are not comfortable tackling alone.

About the trainer

The owner, Nicole, is a certified veterinary technician with a companion animal rehabilitation certification and has trained since 2006. She founded the Arizona Belgian Malinois Rescue in 2009, teaches seminars to training clubs on engagement and obedience, and has titled dogs in Schutzhund, AKC obedience and rally, flyball, dock diving, barn hunt, herding and agility.
