About Sonoran Wildlife Services
What they offer
Sonoran Wildlife Services runs rattlesnake and Sonoran toad avoidance training for dogs. Classes are held on scheduled dates at two training locations on the east side of Tucson, a fenced dog yard beside a dog wash near Speedway and Pantano and a private ranch property near Tanque Verde and Bear Canyon, and the trainers can also come out for at-home training.
How sessions work
First-time dogs and refresher dogs are priced separately. Rattlesnake and toad sessions must be done on different days, and the toad option is requested when you schedule. The class page carries a separate call-or-text number for booking avoidance training.
About the trainer
The trainer, Chelsea, has worked with wildlife since 2015 and with venomous snakes for several years before focusing on avoidance training for dogs.
