About Q-Quest Agility Training

Agility classes in Nampa

QQuest Agility Training teaches dog agility at 4723 Easter Drive in Nampa. Classes are taught by the owner, who has been competing in the sport since 2004, and the dogs are trained with positive reinforcement. The goal is to load up each handler's "toolbox" with agility techniques and help them find what works for their dog.

Classes

Classes run outdoors on dirt in a fully fenced arena, with a rented indoor arena for limited winter classes. Class size is limited to 8 teams. The Beginner class is eight 60-minute sessions that teach dogs to perform the obstacles safely, with goals of off-leash control and basic course handling. Intro through Masters level classes (75 minutes) build obstacle independence, distance work and advanced handling. An International Style class covers AKC Premier, ISC and UKI style handling, offered based on demand. Apart from the beginner class, classes are open format, so handlers pay only for the classes they attend. Most classes are on Saturdays, with a Wednesday evening class too.

Prices

A single class is $25, a prepaid 5-class package is $100, and the 8-class beginner package is $180.
