About Ruff Relations

Ruff Relations has been running for fifteen years on Southwestern Boulevard in Hamburg, and its own summary is simple: dog daycare and dog training in Hamburg, serving the village and the surrounding area.

The training program

Three training formats are published, each with its own page: Group Classes, Private Lessons and Day Training. There is also a dedicated Instructors page, so the teaching is not incidental to the daycare. Grooming runs alongside, and the site has separate Facility, Events and Resources sections.

Booking and capacity

New daycare and training clients register through the site, and existing clients log in to a portal. The business is candid about capacity: its site says it is only accepting new daycare enrollments for puppies under five months, because the adult play groups have been steadily filling up. That constraint is on the daycare side, so ask separately about training availability.

Practicalities

Business hours are Tuesday to Friday, 7am to 6pm. The preferred contact method is text rather than a call, on 716-803-2014, and the site notes there is no fax. Ask about prices; the site says they are subject to change.
