About Rotten Dog Sports Lodge

What they do

Rotten Dog Sports Lodge describes itself as "a home based canine retreat nestled in Braselton, GA" offering boarding, daycare, training and pool rental. The training side is built around private lessons with named in-house instructors: one covering swimming and dock diving, another covering obedience and everyday manners, confidence building and life skills, nosework, agility foundations, and swimming and dock diving.

Method

The lodge states that its program is designed to support dogs and their people at every stage, from beginners learning the basics to competitive teams working toward advanced goals, and that it focuses on solid foundations, clear communication and confident working habits through science-based training and individualized coaching. Their own phrasing is that programs emphasize understanding the "why" behind each skill so owners feel informed and supported.

One thing worth knowing

The lodge's own training page states that all current group training classes are taught by Vickery K9 and that registration for those redirects to that separate business. The private-lesson and sports side is the lodge's own.
