About TMS K-9 Connections

What they offer

TMS K-9 Connections runs training programs where the dog stays at camp, along with boarding. The on-leash program suits pups new to training or to a home and can be split into two parts; the full-length program covers both on-leash and off-leash training, so dogs come home able to come, sit, down and stay on and off leash.

What training covers

The on-leash curriculum builds confidence in the heel position, loose-leash walking, a stationary down, a walking down and a down on recall, and coming to name. Jumping, biting, barking and pushy play are addressed early, and distractions are added until commands hold up anywhere.

About the trainers

Founders Stephanie and Tom started training dogs over twenty years ago after their first German Shepherd.
