About Top-Tier Pup Academy

Top-Tier Pup Academy is listed in Franklin, and its own footer gives the premises as "7215 Taylor Rd. Fairview, TN 37062 – Service Areas: Nashville, TN – Franklin, TN – Fairview, TN". Both towns sit inside Williamson County.

What they work on

The pitch is behavioral rather than obedience-first: "We help dogs stop jumping, pulling, barking, and reacting so you can enjoy your home, your walks, and your life again." Two before-and-after notes name specific local settings, one about a dog who "can lay calmly in the Cool Springs Lowes in Franklin" and one about a dog whose family "can confidently take him to downtown Franklin".

Programs and prices

Three tiers, all priced on the page. "Private Lessons – $150 per session", customized to the dog and aimed at owners who want to stay hands-on. "Board and Train – $2,500 – $8,500", listed for reliable obedience, leash manners, reactivity and food aggression, and described as suiting "busy families" and "Dog's who need faster improvement". And "Top-Tier Platinum – $15,000", pitched at "Executives and busy professionals" wanting "ongoing coaching long after training ends".

How the board and train works

The distinguishing claim is the setting: "Your dog lives with us during training, so they practice in a real home environment, not just a facility. That means better behavior where it actually matters." A four-step process is published – discovery call, plan, training, handover – with "optional weekly check-ins for our 4 and 6 week programs".

The guarantee, and its limits

"All of our Board and Train programs include lifetime refresher sessions." The site is unusually explicit about what that covers: free refreshers "for the behaviors we originally trained for", "Available within a 30-mile radius of our facility", and not covering "New behavioral issues that develop later", which are offered as discounted follow-ups instead.
